THE WORK
I work closely with founder-led service businesses that already have demand, but have outgrown the way they currently operate.
Strategy, systems, implementation, and figuring out what is actually standing between where the business is and where the founder wants it to go.
This site is mostly everything around that work: the ideas, people, places, interests, and little things that make me want to build in the first place.

Building my own strategy practice full-time. Creating more in public. Meeting smart people in Montréal and internationally through my computer. Trying to become the kind of person who can hold bigger ambitions without making everything feel heavier.
I’m also boxing for fun (definitely for fun, because I’m still scared of receiving punches) and collecting ideas faster than I can publish them.

I studied business, worked inside companies, helped build things behind the scenes, and eventually realized I wanted more freedom over what I worked on, who I worked with, and how I lived while doing it.
